
Rosemary Terella is the Director of Interior Design at LWDA. She is a talented interior designer with over 10 years of experience in a variety of sectors including Senior Environments, Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, and Multi-Family Housing. Rosemary manages interiors research efforts to educate herself and the entire LWDA team about new materials and furniture that are supportive and friendly to elders living with a variety of conditions (physical and cognitive). Her ability to effectively communicate with clients helps her work closely to develop their goals and create refined visions of their environments. By modeling design options in 3D she is able to accurately portray designs to clients to assist them with visualizing their spaces. Rosemary has an extensive knowledge of interior finishes and building materials which she is able to tailor towards each project’s needs whether it be durability, budgetary, and aesthetic goals.
Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Syracuse University, where she focused her education in art and interior design. She is an accredited designer through the National Council for Interior Design Qualification. Rosemary is passionate about sustainability and is an accredited professional through LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) in the Building Design and Construction track method.
