Tom Ryan has over 40 years of professional experience in the built environment with a diverse background that includes several years of involvement with various building trades and was at one time a general contractor. Over the last 25 years Tom’s focus has been on health care architecture. Tom served as an Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) at the UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA for several years. Currently Tom serves as a senior project manager on commercial, multi-family residential, healthcare, and senior living projects. He has been involved in all phases of projects from initial client contact to project closeout, utilizing a full range of professional skills from programming and budgeting to construction contract administration and post-occupancy evaluation.
Tom is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) with certification as a Construction Document Technologist (CDT). Tom is also an accredited LEED AP BD+C with the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
