LWDA developed a master plan and subsequent design for 66 independent living cottages in neighborhood clusters. The existing long-term care facility received a major addition and renovation designed to serve healthy and mobile retirees.  Each cottage was a +/- 1,000 SF single story with an enclosed garage. A former barn was renovated and converted into a Community Center.
