LWDA assisted MEEI in redesign of an animal research facility, a research laboratory, medical records, and audiology, and also developed studies for building expansion, a finishes master plan, and an ED and radiology renovation.

Relocation of the radiology department was executed as part of a larger development of the surgical suite floor. Major structural modifications were undertaken to allow for a larger departmental floor plate to provide better accessibility, a more flexible floor plate, and an open, patient-friendly environment. The project also modified the adjacent emergency and admitting departments.
