Since 1988, LWDA has designed over 100 projects for the Hallmark Health System. This long term relationship has encompassed master plans, site studies, facility assessments and renovations at all HHS locations, including the Melrose-Wakefield and Lawrence Memorial Hospitals, Malden Medical Center, Family Health Center, 41 Montvale Ave, and 48 Montvale Ave.

For Lawrence Memorial Hospital, LWDA has completed a facility assessment and 15 renovation projects including the emergency department, imaging, ancillary services, outpatient services, and physician offices. The emergency department remained fully occupied and LMH suffered no loss of patient volume during construction.
