LWDA renovated this assisted and independent living facility to update its overall image and incorporate the principles of evidence-based design in senior care. Comprehensive design encompassed the entire facility, from site improvements to common areas to support areas. 


Site improvements included a new entry court, porte-cochere, expanded parking, and an exterior terrace providing an outdoor-indoor connection for living and dining areas. A large waiting vestibule, enlarged living room, activity and dining rooms, wellness center, interior court, and seven new luxury resident units have transformed the interior environment.
