The lobby of 75 Arlington Street Office Building, which connects to 10 St. James Office Building Galleria and the Arlington Street entrance, was completely redesigned. The lobby and new entrance canopy highlight the historic character of the original design of the building while flowing seamlessly into the contemporary character of 10 St. James Office Building.  A new contemporary elevator lobby and entrances to adjoining retail spaces surround the main lobby area.
