This 13-story building is located in the heart of a residential neighborhood of 3-4 story Victorian houses. The challenge for LWDAwas to create an exterior facade which would blend the large senior living building into its surrounding, create a distinctive street entrance, and to renovate the complex’s interior courtyard. Multiple schemes were developed to explore design options and establish a realistic budget.
