LWDA completed a complex phased renovation of the East Building Third Floor, Usen Building Social Spaces, Utility Rooms, Kitchen, and Nursing Station, as well as a fit-out of a 1,300 SF shell space to provide a new patient recreation area, two small group interview rooms, storage, and staff facilities. Design and materials are focused on rpoviding enhanced staff and patient safety and durability.
