LWDA worked with Millennium partners to develop a benchmark penthouse design in their newest upscale Boston property, the Millennium Tower at One Franklin.
The design is open and modern, featuring landmark panoramic views of Boston’s Downtown Crossing. Modern natural ash flooring ties together a spacious 4,000sf floor plan. LWDA’s visualization services were used to communicate the experience of being in the unit, and the details of the design to a future tenant. 3D renderings and virtual reality walkthroughs were used to better understand and show the 14 foot high light filled space. Base building by Handel Architects.
