The addition offers nine one bedroom and nine spacious studio apartments with views to a pond and woods. A fully equipped country kitchen with a clerestory cupola, located at the intersection of the residential corridors serves as a focus of daily life. Other common spaces, such as private dining and living rooms, flank the entry lobby in a replication of the traditional scale of a Colonial home.
