The Millipore Distribution Center renovation in a 109,300 gsf high-bay precast concrete panel building involved space planning and interior design for Millipore’s Distribution Services Group. Offices and support functions were relocated to take advantage of the limited windows at the building’s perimeter. In addition, training rooms, conference rooms, and a new break room were designed.

The design included new epoxy flooring throughout the warehouse, eight new openings in existing masonry walls, upgrades to toilet rooms, and a new rooftop emergency generator.

A 20,000 SF mezzanine was also renovated and demised with industrial caging for storage rooms.
