LWDA developed a comprehensive master plan for the Noble Hospital campus with a prioritized ten phase renovation plan that allowed the community hospital to update its facilities without adding additional square footage.  Outpatient departments were aggregated closer to the front door for faster entry and exit, and public circulation was simplified for better wayfinding.  Support functions were moved off of the first floor.  Early phases included a new main entry, MRI Suite, central sterile processing, doctors’ office suites, and a reconfigured emergency department.  

Architectural upgrades were coordinated with a multiphase engineering infrastructure modernization plan.
